Probability Live Lab

A market is streaming customers past you right now, and you have a probability model that says how many stalls each of them should visit. Your job: notice the moment the data stop obeying that model, work out which part of it broke, and test your answer by acting on the process — reading the distribution, not the code. Plan on about 30 minutes.

It opens with your Cornell login. The lab lives on the course's own server, so signing in is how it knows who you are — there is no code and no password to type in. Each lab opens on the day we run it in class, so if you are looking ahead and it turns you away, that is expected — come back on the day. If it still turns you away during the session and you are on the roster, tell the instructor rather than hunting for a workaround.
