  1. Draw a fault tree for your team's project.
  2. What is the top event you want to avoid?
  3. What events could cause failure? At least 4.
  4. What gates are needed? At least 3.
  5. Use the sample components to draw it manually, OR draw it with Mermaid by adapting the template in the deck.
