Activity: Hackathon Debrief Survey

A short anonymous debrief after the hackathon. Estimated time: under 5 minutes.

📋 What to do

  1. Open the debrief survey: Hackathon Debrief Survey (Google Form).
  2. Every hackathon participant fills it out individually — one response per person, not one per team.
  3. Your answers are entirely anonymous and cannot be connected back to your name.
  4. Answer the questions honestly — what worked, what did not, and what you would change. Blunt feedback is more useful than polite feedback.
  5. At the end of the survey you will be given a survey completion code. Copy it.
  6. Paste the completion code into the Canvas text submission box.

Submit on Canvas (1 pt) — graded on completion; your deadline is on the Canvas assignment.
