  1. Suppose the failure of a propeller system is contingent on components A, B, C, and D as shown in the fault tree in the deck.
  2. Using the MOCUS algorithm, we can find the boolean equation of this fault tree.
  3. Complete this fault tree's boolean equation.
  4. Do NOT perform boolean minimalization yet — show the entire equation.
