Activity: Cornell Image & Voice Release Form

📋 What to do

  1. Open the Cornell Image & Voice Release Form. It takes 1–2 minutes.
  2. Fill the form out and submit it.
  3. Take a screenshot of the survey header showing your name.
  4. Paste that screenshot into the Canvas text box — that is how Canvas records that you completed it.
