Activity: Teams Survey

📋 What to do

  1. Open the survey: SYSEN 5300 Teams Survey. You do not need to sign in — it asks for your name and Cornell email instead.
  2. The survey sets your homework team and, for 4-credit students, your project preferences, and it helps your instructor prepare the course to suit the group — answer it early in the term.
  3. Submit it in the form itself. When you finish, the thank-you page gives you a reference number.
  4. Paste that reference number (or a screenshot of the thank-you page) into the Canvas text box to receive credit.

Submit on Canvas (1 pt) — graded on completion; your deadline is on the Canvas assignment.
