Pop Quiz: Normal & Exponential Stalls

📋 What to do
- A volunteer at the Ithaca Farmers Market tracked n = 500 customers and recorded how many stalls each one visited: a mean of 5.5 stalls, a median of 5 stalls, and a standard deviation of 2.5 stalls.
- Suppose we are not certain that the unobserved vector of visits is Poisson.
- Calculate the probability that a customer stops at more than 5 stalls under the Normal distribution.
- Calculate the same probability under the Exponential distribution.
- Report both probabilities. Be ready to say which assumption you would trust here and why.
